Privacy Policy

Your information is not stored in our system. Your transaction goes through a gateway provider which is not stored in our system.  

When will my package be delivered?

Tracking numbers will be distributed in a separate email once order ships via email provided. Processing and delivery will take 3-5 business days (business days do not include weekend or holidays). Delay's may occur due to sales, launches etc due to high demand. We are no responsible for any shipping delays caused by pandemics, natural occurrences, customs etc from mail carriers. 

Refunds/Returns : 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer returns or refunds! Please be sure to edit and revise your order before it is placed, Confirm that all your information provided is correct (address,name,phone number, payment information) including items you've purchased as they can not be changed in the system. We are not responsible for incorrect information. 

What if i have a question or concern?

For all customer service help please contact us via email GirlsRoomCustomerService@Gmail.com please allow 24/48 hrs from which you sent email for response as all emails are answered in order which they are received. Response times may prolong due to holidays etc. Please refrain from sending multiple emails. Our customer service team is available M-F 10am-6pm. Please do not contact us via social media accounts. Email only ! 

Can i make changes to my order once its been placed?

All sales are final. and due to limited stock of our products we highly recommend that you make sure you edit and revise your cart before clicking check out.

Customs and Taxes

All international orders are to be handled in which country they are received we are not responsible for additional cost, As they are not included in your order. 

What if i purchased a color i am not satisfied with?

100% we value our customers. Unfortunately you the customer takes full responsibility for your order as some colors may appear different in lighting, computer/phone screens, skin tones, formula mixtures, some colors may appear more bold than other vice versa, We do not offer and refunds nor exchanges of any kind. Please make sure you've done a complete view of your colors your wanting to purchase.

Ground Shipping 

If your order contains monomer or any flammable substance your order will be shipped via Ground Shipping due to monomer being a highly flammable liquid, This option will take shipping longer than usual. By law. 

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

YES! on all orders over $100 before taxes are delivered through USPS ground shipping. 

Do You Offer International Shipping?

YES! Only thing we can not ship internationally is our monomer as that requires ground shipping only available in the US.

What do i do if my package arrives broken, damaged or an item is missing?

Feel free to contact us via email and describe your claim. We may be able to replace the item. EVIDENCE MUST BE PROVIDED. Please allow 24-72 hours for response. If claim is granted we only can issue store credit as an option as refunds are not accepted.
